Terms of service

NW Automations is a portal that NW Marketing Solutions runs for real estate brokerages that are our clients, and for the people they invite. By using it you agree to these terms.

Accounts

The portal is invite-only. Sign-in links are sent to your email and are just for you, so don't forward them or share your account. Your brokerage's admins decide who has access and can remove people at any time.

Your content and leads

Your brokerage owns its content, brand and leads. We use them only to run the portal for you. When you upload photos, logos or listing details, you confirm you have the right to use them.

Connected accounts

Connect only Facebook pages, Instagram accounts and other services you manage. The portal works only within the permissions you grant, and you can disconnect at any time. Nothing is posted to a page until the brokerage approves it, and nothing is posted automatically unless the brokerage switches automatic posting on.

Using the portal fairly

• Follow the real estate, fair housing and marketing rules that apply to you, including when you contact leads.
• Don't post or send anything misleading, unlawful or discriminatory.
• Don't try to reach data that isn't yours or to break or overload the portal.

The service

We work to keep the portal running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted or free of mistakes, and features may change. Check important posts and details before they go out. The portal is provided as it is, and as far as the law allows, NW Marketing Solutions isn't responsible for indirect losses from using it.

Ending

Your brokerage can remove you, and we can suspend an account that breaks these terms. What happens to the data then is on Deleting your data, and how we handle it is in the privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, we update this page and its date. Using the portal after a change means you accept the new terms.
