Privacy policy
NW Automations is a private, invite-only portal that NW Marketing Solutions runs for real estate brokerages and the people they invite. Teams use it to plan and approve marketing, make listing graphics, handle leads and see how their social accounts are doing.
What we keep
- For people with an account: name, email address, role, and the profile details they add (title, phone number, photo).
- The marketing content teams create: scripts, captions, images, videos, brand kits and listing details.
- Leads: the details people send when they contact a brokerage (name, email, phone, message and the home they asked about), whether they came from a website form, a lead email forwarded to the portal, a Facebook lead form or were typed in by hand, and the emails they send back to the agent.
- A log of actions in the portal.
We use all of this only to run the portal and to email people about their work.
Facebook and Instagram
When someone connects a Facebook page, the portal saves an access token for that page and uses it only for what that connection is for:
- A brokerage's team page: posts the listing graphics the brokerage approved (only once the brokerage switches automatic posting on) and reads the page's follower and reach numbers.
- An agent's own page and its linked Instagram account (Social stats): reads followers, reach, engagement and recent posts, so the agent and their managers can see them. It never posts.
- Facebook Lead Ads: receives the leads people send through that page's lead forms.
We don't sell Facebook or Instagram data, use it for ads, or share it outside the brokerage it belongs to. Disconnecting deletes the token straight away; see Deleting your data.
Google Drive
When connected, the portal copies finished marketing files into folders in our own Google Drive. It only creates folders and uploads files; it doesn't read, change or share anything else in that Drive. Google user data is never sold, used for ads, or shared with anyone else.
Sign-in links, invites and notices are sent through Resend, an email service. Emails sent to the portal's lead addresses are received through Resend and saved on the lead.
Where it's kept and who sees it
Data is stored on our server, and finished files in our Google Drive. A brokerage's leads and content are seen by that brokerage's people (agents see their own leads; managers and admins see the team's) and by us, to run the portal. We don't sell personal information, and we share it only with the services that run the portal: Resend for email, and Facebook, Instagram or Google when someone connects them.
Deleting data
People can disconnect Facebook and Instagram themselves, brokerages can remove people, and anyone can ask us to delete their data. How each works is on Deleting your data.
